Eternal Now Triptych
Eternal Now Triptych
The concept of “Eternal Now” is not mine. In fact, the first time I heard of it was in a guided meditation by Alan Watts. At the time I was going through a life transition – anguished at the past, and panicked about the future. I wanted more than anything to be in the present moment, fearing neither my past nor my future but defying them both. I wanted to experience the timeless space between the known and the unknown and just BE. I’m not good at meditation... yet, but I am honing my ability to expand my awareness and connect with my true self. This piece was created as a reminder to refocus and center on the Eternal NOW.
